Last summer of this year i went on a three month vacation to Dublin, Ireland to visit my niece and her family. My niece and her husband are nurses and they have two sons, the elder going four and the younger going two. The family made my stay so enjoyable. So many fond memories to cherish.
I love most the days I spent with the two kids, the beautiful places we visited, the foods I had, the different climate and the chance to cook for my niece and her husband the Filipino foods they mostly missed. I also enjoyed meeting their friends, being invited to their homes and them sharing with me the good things they enjoy being OFWs in Ireland.
A visit to our Lady of Knock Shrine in Mayo, Ireland was I considered the most enriching part of my journey. A bus tour around Ireland made my vacation a perfect one and the foods and drinks I enjoyed there gave it satisfaction.
